As a UI/UX Designer at MetaMind Dynamics, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You’ll work closely with developers and project managers to design intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to communicate design ideas.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling client enquiries, supporting the sales and marketing teams, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and our technical teams while providing high-level administrative support to ensure service excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms
Provide clients with accurate information on service offerings, pricing, and availability
Assist clients in placing orders or scheduling consultations for services such as website development, app builds, SEO, and branding
Prepare and issue quotes, sales invoices, and supporting documentation
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams to support successful project delivery

As a Backend Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimisation of backend systems that power high-performance web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to architect reliable, secure, and scalable platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a developer with strong technical skills and team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of backend services and APIs
Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications
Guide team members through code reviews, task assignments, and technical decision-making
Optimise databases and back-end performance across multiple projects
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless system integration
